Brazilian Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima is considered one of the best forwards in football´s history. Apart from being the best player in his national team back in 1998, he also was a celebrity in European teams such as Real Madrid, AC Milan, Barcelona and Inter Milan. Ronaldo took part in four World cup: 1994 (though he didn´t play), France 1998, Korea-Japan 2002 and Germany 2006. Despite not having played in 1994, paradoxically, he was awarded with the Golden Ball in 1998 when he scored four goals and their team was placed runner-up. In Korea-Japan 2002 we scored 8 goals and Brazil won the Cup, but Oliver Kahn obtained the Golden Ball. In Germany 2006, he scored 3 goals within 5 matches, thus becoming the World Cup second top goal scorer –just below Pele. Without any shadow of a doubt, Renaldo is a milestone in the history of World Cup and worldwide football.
